Looks like a fun deck! One of the things to keep in mind about EDH decks is that these games tend to go long, which means that having access to extra cards and more mana is something that is very important. Having said that, I usually like to recommend people have 10 sources of card draw and 10 sources of mana ramp to stay consistent. The good news is that you are playing blue (the best color at drawing cards) and green (the best color at mana ramp), so you should be able to find cards that you like that help make your deck run smoothly!

It is also good to have a good amount of single-target removal (about 5) and field wipes (also about 5). You already have a good amount of single-target removal (especially by the time you consider that your commander can remove an opponent's creature), so the only other suggestion I would have is to make sure you have a few more board wipes, and the good news is that you are playing white (one of the best colors at wiping the board).

I am a bit hesitant to suggest specific cards before knowing what you might already have lying around or what sort of budget you want to have for acquiring new cards, but hopefully those suggestions give you a place to start. Happy deck building!

You might consider running only 3 copies of Squee instead of 4, since you can cast him from the grave and exile, making him redundant if you have one in your hand and one in your grave.

I can agree on swapping out Out of Bounds (it's an experiment right now as it is), but Play of the Game is one I want to try for now. Being able to exile all non-land permanents is too good to pass up in my playgroup, since there is often a chance of at least one person having a way to have a completely indestructible board or running a critical mass of non-creature permanents.

Thank you for reminding me that Hour of Revelation exists! I was looking at the Planar Cleansing in my binder when I made this list, so I completely forgot about Hour (which I am pretty sure is the reason that Planar Cleansing ended up in my binder in the first place).

I haven't tried Settle the Wreckage yet because I am afraid of giving an opponent a lot of extra ramp, but I will try it out and let you know how it goes!

As a nice hidden surprise for your opponents, Bruna, Light of Alabaster would be a great include to cheat auras out of your graveyard or hand. If I needed to suggest a cut for it, I would say Tamiyo. I am not sure what Tamiyo's purpose here is.

Tl;dr - If you use Razaketh's ability, the ability goes on the stack before the game checks state-based actions, and once it checks them it sees that the Mindslicer died and puts that trigger on the stack above Razaketh's ability, so everyone will discard their hand before you search your library. It is a combo, not a non-bo
