What is your intended strategy for the deck? I see parts of several different strategies together, but not enough support to actually function properly. For example, you have creatures dying payoff cards like [[Elenda the Dusk Rose]]and [[Liliana, Dreadhorde General]], but I don't see many sacrifice outlets in the deck to make it happen. None of these cards are inherently bad cards, but I dont see a lot of synergy in this current iteraction.

Instead of the lockets, have you thought about using talismans instead? Idk if they fit within your budget but I am a huge proponent of cheap ramp especially that now we have the full cycle of them. Otherwise I like what you have got going so far!
