I know it is expensive, which you don't like, but Conflux is awesome for five color edh. I don't think I have ever lost a game where it resolved.

Ok, cool. Well, in commander decks, you usually start with around 40 lands and subtract 1 for every 2 or 3 mana rocks (like sol ring, signets, etc.). Consider running more mana rocks than thought vessel as they help accelerate you to your higher CMC spells faster. You should also consider adding some dual lands to your mana base to add versatility to the mana you have access to on a turn. In addition, you need more removal and counterspells as you need to be able to interact with what your opponents are doing and stop them when necessary, and while it is not necessary, you may want to consider some tutors to increase the consistency of your deck. And as far as some other cards that go with your theme: Well of Lost Dreams, Alhammerret's Archive, Pristine Talisman, Exquisite Blood, Test of Endurance, Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Karlov of the Ghost Council, Divinity of Pride, and Serra Ascendant.

A few questions: 1) what is your budget like? 2) did you realize you have 2 temporal extortion in your deck? and 3) are you not getting mana flooded most game running 45 lands?

Then I would suggest Archaeomancer to recur your turn extra turn cards, and adding some of the following cards: beacon of tomorrows, expropriate, lighthouse chronologist, notorious throng, plea for power, savor the moment, temporal trespass, and/or walk the aeons

Consider cards like cephalid constable, crystalline crawler, walking ballista, triskelion, whirler rogue, fungal sprouting, and especially panharmonicon. I have my own Ezuri EDH deck, but I will have to add Herald of Secret Streams to it. I made mine before Ixalan came out.
