I like the Idea of the
smothering tithe and tax theme and on that axis I'll probably include the Ancient as well. I kinda didnt think of him as a creature that can attack but more as a counter dispenser
But especially if my ishai turns into a tree or something it should be nice to have another option for areal beater.
The study seems like a safe include as I want to make this deck kinda focused around enchantments, as they tend to interact really well with tolkens and I'm not very happy with my current enchantment-deck, wich is helmed by Estrid, And also: it's
rhystic study.
I had
Sidar Kondo of Jamura in contention to be the partner of Tana, but decided, I wanted IShai instead as don't really intend to attack with the tokens in the first place. At least not, while they are tiny.
Also I definitely want the Blue in the deck to have some counterspells, especially for Boardwipes. And there comes in the Card that might or might not have actually sparked the Idea of the Deck:
Unified Will And I get how the
Mage Slayer would probably be a sweet include, but I mostly don't feel it. I think it has something to do with me not wanting to lean to deep into equipment with this deck and I will probably already run a few besides the shoes for added evasion. So in short I agree that it would probably be a smart include, but I'd rather not.
