Does anyone think I should put more green lands in? I think that it may be necessary but how should I adjust it?

Hapatra's Legion

This deck is my first attempt at making something for tiny leaders, I took Hapatra's idea of making creatures have -1/-1 to create snakes. This snake creation and hopefully nest of scarabs insect creation will be enough to begin in this format.

Do you believe I should use Rishkar then to give +1 counters to some merfolk, along with using metallic mimic? Also do you suggest using deeproot waters and aquatic incursionor just deeproot waters? @G. Moto and @WWolfe thanks for the suggestion and I'm happy to hear you like it.

Do you think Angrath would be useful in this deck?

I believe that this is a great budget simic merfolk, however there may be room for cards from Rivals of Ixalan to be included. Also, there is an interesting aspect about using Durable Handicraft when using merfolks to give them a small boost.

I think that Fateful Showdown does not have a place in the deck because it appears that this deck causes the players hand count to be low which would not help with this card. You may also want to think about using Bombard however, it should not replace Flame Lash since it cannot hit the player. Spreading Rot also has a high cost for what it does and it may not be the optimal choice for main decking. If you wanted to get the opponent to loose life there are other ways that are cheaper like Shock or Lightning Strike.

This seems like an interesting deck but you could probably use less of the one drops and try to focus on some of the other main ideas that you have going such as ramp and making big creatures. Nissa, Vital Force may also be a good addition if you wanted to put a different planeswalker in this deck. You could also throw in a Rishkar's Expertise which may have some good effects with the large creatures that are developing. There may also be room for some instants that can protect the creatures that you have and potentially make them bigger.

B/R Fire Friends

This deck originated from seeing Angrath, the Flame-Chained. This resulted in looking at some of the powerful red and black cards which can be played along side this planeswalker.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or if you like the deck, thanks!

U/G Merfolk

I have been thinking about creating a tribal deck, and I think that merfolk is an interesting tribal to try building around. This is an attempt at doing a mid-range U/G Merfolk, however I know this may have a long way to go to be relevant in the standard meta right now.

Please give me some feedback about this deck I would love to hear it!
