You don't have enough lands.
Deck seems slow.  A lot going on at 4 CMC which will slow down your play.

Add some ramp to help cast multiple spells, especially helping to keep up a negate post turn as your walls are susceptible to most removal (except red removal).

Seems like a fun deck and here's hoping Ravinica adds to it.
