The things that this deck needs to work on is lands, card advantage, accelerants, and cutting non-synergy cards.

Since Angels, Demons, and Dragons are so big you want to make sure you have enough mana to cast them.

Have at least 37 lands.
Cuts:
Ancient Den - No artifact synergy someone can blow it up with artifact removal
Adds:
Pain lands
Slow Lands
Future Sight Lands
Bounce Lands
Path of Ancestry
Nomad Outpost

Accelerants
Cuts:
Chromatic Orrey - Too clunky
Chromatic Lantern - Clunky but keep if you dont add dual lands

Adds:
Arcane Signet
Fellwar Stone
The talismans
Sol Ring
The signets

General Cuts
Cosmos Elixir - Not a lifegain deck
Fountain of Renewal - Not lifegain deck
Angelic Destiny - Not a voltron deck
Rune of Mortality - Not of Voltron Deck
Wish - Theres no sideboard in commander
Serra the Benevolent - Not an angel can't cheat out
Revitalize - Not lifegain

Cut all the creatures the creatures that are 3 mana or less except Burnished Hart and Kaalia, Zenith Seeker.  You wan't big creatures. No point in cheating out small angels/demons/dragons.

You also have alot of French Vanilla creatures, which means creatures with keywords and nothing else.  Cut those.

Removal
Most of your removal does the job of destroying the threat but you won't be able to tempo your opponent with it. If you want recommendations for upgrades:
Anguished Unmaking
Chaos Warp
Curtain's Call
Dismantling Wave
Darksteel Mutation
Generous Gift
Heliod's Intervention
Soul Shatter

You want about 6-10 single target removal in my opinion

Outside of that you want haste enablers and ways to protect Kaalia and your creatures so Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves are perfect.

You are running too few lands and accelerants.  Try to run 37 lands and 13 accelerants. 

For the lands. 
Also cut Nykthos, Temple of the False God and Unclaimed Territory.
Only play Nykthose if you are monocolored or heavy on one color, Temple will never proc especially since you are running so few lands and land based ramp, and you run a lot of non-humans so unclaimed territory won't help fix you but actually disrupt your mana base.
For budget includes use the pain lands and the slow lands.

Accelerants
You should cut all of your three-mana mana rocks and Black Market.  They are too slow and clunky
You can add the talismans, fellwar stone, Knight of the White Orchid (also a human), Keeper of the Accord (also a human), Dowsing Dagger, and Mind Stone.

Humans
You are running too many cards that are not humans or create humans.  Also you have a few french vanilla humans that you can replace. 
A good way to look at the token generator is how many does this get me for x mana.
For the human creatures you essentially want as many words in the text box as possible.

I like to run less lands and more ramp than karsten is suggesting.  I think 37 lands and 13 ramp is a good starting point but I tend to do 36 lands-14 ramp

Ninoaguila the cards I haven't picked up that fill a similar role are Dreamborn Muse and Graveborn Muse to dig deeper into my library.  These are good because they're both creatures so it doesn't reduce my creature count.

I think Spirits need an Esper those are their 3 main colors but they don't have a commander for them yet.  There is also no commanders that focus on soldier synergies.  Same with druids but I think there needs to be a druid set first to give more synergistic cards within the druid tribe.

I played against someone a couple of days ago who mixed chaos and group hug and that wasn't as obnoxious as those archetypes normally feel.  I think it doesn't matter who the commander is when your played those two archetypes it depends on who the player is.  He cast Korona his commander only once at the end of one of the games.  One card he played did get someone to instantly concede but he was starting to get hella butthurt from something before, I don't remember what.  I think Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis would probably be better though.  I think other good commanders for those themes are Averna, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Zedruu, and Pramikon.  Those might be cool in the 99.

Rakdos, LR and the Big Boys

This is my decklist for Rakdos, Lord of Riots.  Are there any cards I should swap out?  Which cards seem like they are not beneficial to the strategy?
