Latley I've wanted to work Enchantments, Mana and gaining other creatures on the battlefield that i didn't play..
I decided to create a something I've wanted done for a while. That being overloading mana and burning the battlefield or taking over every creature and unleash hell. I give you the ELF GOBLIN

Multiple player deck I've made. Might help inspire you.
However if you can get your Infect to add poison counters on players then I'd lean towards that

Personal Opinion
drop 1 Lightning Bolt, 1 Shock and 1 Skullcrack
add 3 Sizzle, 2 guttersnipe
This will also increase your burn if you play 3+ player matches.
