I've seen many builds like this, and one card I rarely see is Thoughtseize as many players see this as an easy infinite combo deck, but I've seen that Duress simply isn't enough hand disruption to stop an opponent from killing the mage or blowing up the mindcrank, but if your not playing Thoughtseize because of it's cost I understand.

I would suggest [Corrosive Mentor], he fit's your theme quite well, and replace Terror with at least Doomblade, so you can fight back artifact decks.

Your combo doesn't actually work, as you need to cast spells targeting the creatures for Heroic to work, you can still do that with the cards you have, but the combo in the description doesn't work on turn 5 (outlast works obviously, but you still need spells and more time for that combo to work)

I'd suggest adding some Guttersnipe, and maybe some of the elementals like Ball Lightning and Hell's Thunder, r if you want a cheap one just use Arc Runner

Why don't you use Murder instead of Rend Flesh, it costs less and can destroy any creature, also, since your playing all black, it wouldn't matter in terms of mana cost

The reason i said replace Armadillo Cloak with Unflinching Courage is because Armadillo cloak costs way ore than Unflinching Courage.
