Arquitect's Will can be another option for you Spreading Seas, it's a merfolk, so it triggers reejerey's ability

have you considered puting a Hellkite Tyrant in this deck? since most of the EDH decks have artifacts in it, and you have plenty of them you could win with it. plus, if someone were to steal your artifacts you could get them back
