Currently 8-Rack is not a good Modern deck. I play it also, but with less success. You have alsmost no chance against creature heavy decks.
In your list the main important cards are missing as already written by HeadphoneCatty. You can also check out the version with Urza's Saga as a tutor for your racks.

Replace the Ghost Quarter by a Field of Ruin. It has the same effect at your opponent's lands, but you are also able to search for a missing basic, if necessary.

A Jund deck needs Verdant Catacombs, Wooded Foothills and Bloodstained Mire as Fetch lands. You have to be able to search almost every missing mana color with each of your fetch lands. I would play two fastlands in the color of your most important one drops. Please take also the Nurturing Peatland into account.
