I looked around and made an Elemental Tribal Deck with some of the Lorwyn Elementals, maybe this will help you.

I dont know how this will work but i think for some Casual play it will work fine.

Ich habe mich vor einiger Zeit auch schonmal an Katzendecks versucht, vielleicht hilft es dir ja:

Die rot weisse version lief nicht so gut dafür die Grün weisse umso besser. Gerade wenn es dir um Ausrüstung geht ist der Behemoth Sledge einfach genial. In beiden Decks ist eine alternative Win Option durch den Felidar Sovereign drin, da die meisten Kreaturen Lifelink haben.

You should get down to 60 Cards, then you should get important cards 4 times  in your deck.
I saw that your Green Creatures are always to expensive and to weak, so in my opinion if you want to stay at your elemental theme you should cut green and get some fast red creatures and some nice burn spells and play just red.
There are also some nice Elemental Warriors in the Lorwyn-Cycle.
If you want to stay at Red Green you should overthink your concept. Green elementals are always expensive. So you need some Ramp. i.e. Arbor Elf.
When you play two colored you should get some two-colored Lands in your deck.

Thanks for your comments, so i made a few changes at the deck.
I put in two more cloudfin raptor and changed the wasteland vipers to young wolf so that i have 6 turn one drops now,
also i cut the fathom mage, she is just to expensive for an 1/1 i put in one more guilmage to compensate the card draw.
I have cut the oculus and the slaughterhorns to play the vorapede, but i needed something to evolve creatures earlier, so i came to Rapid Hybridization which i can use on my undying creature to evolve the others.
The Clone is just to expensive just for evolving. He is great in Lategame but i think i will loose to much speed with it.
Bioshift is my second option to remove the counters from my undying creatures.
