Welcome to the purrfect tribal deck
If you stay monk white I'd recommend the following cards:
Brave the elements
Brimaz, king of oreskos
Sacred cat (straight up better than trained caracal)
Path to exile (of course)
Felidar sovereign
Adorned pouncer

Altogether it would be much better to make it into a selesnya deck (white and green) for cards like
Fleecemane lion
Qasali pridemage
Liam lion
Pride sovereign

Yeah I've considered that cat but I like this deck to be a one shot deck at best 
But yes it makes sense to include some one drops like Loam lion or sacred cat!
On the other hand, I'd like this deck to be different enough to my human deck
