Most of the infinite combos create infinite death triggers.

Reassembling Skeleton / Nether Traitor + Pawn of Ulamog / Pitiless Plunderer / Ogre Slumlord + Phyrexian Altar = Infinite Death Loop.

Reassembling Skeleton + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Phyrexian Altar = Infinite Death Loop

Any Creature + Nim Deathmantle + Pawn of Ulamog / Ogre Slumlord + Ashnod's Altar = Infinite Death Loop

Reveilark + Karmic Guide + Any Sac Outlet = Infinite Death Loop. (Infinite Mana if sacrificed to Ashnod's Altar of Phyrexian Altar.)

Once you have a loop going you win with either an aristocrat (Cruel Celebrant, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Falkenrath Noble) to drain your opponents, Judith the Scourge Diva to deal infinite damage to any target, Teysa, Orzhov Scion to create infinite spirit tokens either attack or use to exile every creature your opponents control, or Harvester of Souls and Grim Haruspex to draw into one of the previously mentioned Win Cons.

Even if you can't assemble the pieces to go infinite, creating even just a few death triggers a turn can really push you ahead of your opponents.  Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebo, Butcher of Malakir, and Martyr's Bonds to clear your opponents boards. Divine Visitation to control the skys, Blood Market for extra mana, and Revel in Riches for the Alt win con.

Im sure I'm missing a few, but these are just the ones i can remember.

Hopefully this helps.
