Akira I don’t run nevs disc in my list either I have got pernicious deed tho. I think it’s all personal choices and the meta you run in. Could also consider oblivion stone

I went more of a self mill/ sacrifice theme
Card I found works amazing is kayas ghostform put that on muldrotha with a lotus petal things get fun

Cards I found work well in my muldrotha deck.
Kaya’s ghostform
Lotus petal
Phyrexian altar (budget permitting)
With those three it’s infinite, if you put the ghostform on muldrotha sacrificing muldrotha to the altar for black to recast ghostform as it is a “new muldrotha”and then rotating lotus petal to get different coloured mana.

Stitchers supplier
Satyr wayfinder
Kiora master of the depths
Hedron crab
Glimpse the unthinkable
Are very good self mill effects

I built Sliver Overlord with Sliver Queen in the 99 and I think it works much better than queen as the commander as you can just go get queen anyway with the overlord or get Morophron with the overlord then all 5 colour legends are free

I personally haven’t been overwhelmed by the new planeswalkers, but can see their uses depending on the deck.
I usually play EDH and have put an ashiok in my muldrotha deck. it has been extremely useful as I found out witk kiora from the old sets the one that -2 is mill four deep and pick a creature and/or land from within them.
When my opponents have got an ashiok it kinda ruins the game plan alittle 😂

I love muldrotha definitely my favourite deck I went tool box/ aristocrats
Some suggestions for combos
Infinite mana
avenger of zendikar + dead eye navigator+ ashnods altar/ phyrexian altar
Avenger of zendikar+ cloudstone curio
Melira sylvan outcast+ any persist creature
These also work wonders with altar of dementia and a card that shuffles back into your library ie nexus of fate
Can also put in a dictate of Erebos and grave pact to be extra nasty
