I usually play in BO1 in MTGA so that's why iam playing mortify x 4. But i think you're right to keep it at 2 maindeck and 2 in sideboard for BO3.

You absolutly should keep Midnight Reaper because it's a lot of CA in this pack. For me, Revival // Revenge isn't a must have in this deck. I think it's a great way to revive priest of forgotten gods but "revenge" is rarely use early game where it shine. So maybe cut 1 Land, 1 Teysa Karlov and 1 revival // revenge.

1 land because your curve isn't really high.
1 Teysa Karlov because she is legendary
1 revival // revenge
1 Ministrant of Obligation

It's just a proposal ^^

And i think Tithe Taker >> Imperious Oligarch. *Thinking like a control player ON* : I rather kill Tithe Taker than priest of forgotten gods. *Thinking like a control player OFF*
So for your game plan, i think it'll be better to include Tithe Taker instead of Imperious Oligarch

I play a similar version of this deck with red splash for Judith, the Scourge Diva and Heroic Reinforcements instead of Glass of the Guildpact  but maybe i'll try this version ^^
I have some suggestion to improve it :
+ 2 Mortify to counter Wilderness Reclamation and Rhythm of the Wild (very present now)
+1 Divine visitation if you don't have Glass of the Guildpact (or in sideboard)
Mausoleum Secrets can be really great here because you can easily reach a Priest of Forgotten Gods or Mortify. And because it's an instant, you can activate Priest of Forgotten Gods ability during your opponent phase (for exemple during de combat phase) and use those two black mana.
Gruesome Menagerie can also be great here for end game.

I think that Zegana, Utopian Speaker x2 can be great here. Especially because you don't have a drop 4 and for trample.
