In competitive EDH, dorks win easily, unless you have a very legitimate reason to run rocks instead (e.g. Curious Control, which utilizes board wipes). In a more casual meta, I prefer land ramp, because it's much more reliable.

'casual' to me refers to the powerlevel of the deck. I plan on printing all of the cards to play with friends, so money is no issue here - and I didn't want a bad manabase get into the way of our fun.

I own 3 copies of phyrexian arena, so I might aswell use them. It's also better in 90% of cases than Connections. I might cut one of the single use draws for Connections though, I have those lying around too!
Not a big fan of Market in non-aristocrats though, 5 mana is a lot for a do-nothing-enchantment. Might try it though.

It is able to copy Panharmonicon or Resonator - I am not sure if the inclusion is worth it though.
