Thanks! I definitely spent a lot of time transitioning this from a typical big green deck to what it is now. Rhonas was my first commander and it’s been a fun ride. Once i built kefnet and scrapped the typical “draw my library and win” style for a more combo oriented mill style I missed drawing cards... thus this deck was born.

I’ll probably post Kefnet next as it’s another one that is dear to my heart.

I reformatted the deck to be a little more clear what cards are for. There’s a lot of overlap and I didn’t want to make too many sub sections, but hopefully it’s more clear now what the various cards are there for.

Exactly! I just didn’t want to build Rhonas as a big stompy deck, that seemed boring.

Power Matters? That's all I can decipher from the list, lots of big creatures and lots of ways to exploit them. I personally would've went with Zilortha, Strength Incarnate for a power matters build because of the amazing damage output red can provide. Otherwise, I really like this list, looks like a fun Timmy kind of deck!

P.S. custom catergories are also really great, it makes it easier for readers to tell what the deck is doing, how it functions etc. Including sections like "card draw" or "ramp" can also help with the deck building process.

Thanks for the tips on formatting, I JUST started posting my decks, so I am still figuring out the site and everything. I appreciate your advice!

As for the deck, it is indeed power matters, though i strive for only non-combat wins via psychosis crawler, milling folks with huge creatures and altar of dementia, and effects like ram through and surestrike trident. My goal was basically “draw cards better than blue”. Protean hulk sacrificed instant speed can grab loaming shaman (or just play the shaman from hand) to prevent me from milling myself out. It can win on the stack in response to someone removing a combo piece too. It’s far from your typical big stompy deck but it is incredibly fun. Have you ever hit your own grothama with a vigor out, only to sac it to greater good and draw like 70 cards? It’s magical.

Thanks again so much for the advice on sectioning and what not. I have 3 more god-eternal decks and quite a few other fun brews that i’ll be posting, so i will work on the formatting slowly as i figure it out.

Soooo, my detailed description didn’t save. I’ll have to rewrite it tomorrow as it was too much to do again right now. In the mean time, feel free to ask what the heck the point of this deck is anyways.
