Sadly Augury Adept has a color identity of WU because of the hybrid mana in its cost and isn't legal in a U edh deck.

Your opponent gets to tutor before you, so you'll need some protection for Maralen so they don't just grab a kill spell or shuffle her away. Secondly, you should have at least 1-3 searchable combos to grab with her that let you either stabilize against any board state or win on the spot depending on your hand and board. The deck should look a bit more like a toolbox when your commander is a living tutor.

First, Manabond is banned.
Now, as to the engines involved:
Crucible of Worlds/Life from the loam allow you to sacrifice/discard lands without caring
Glacial Chasm/Constant mists let you fog your opponents for days
Grove of the burnwillows + punishing fire lets you net one damage every turn
Wasteland/ghostquarter lets you kill their manabase
Darkdepths + Thespian stage gets you a Merit late token for two land and two mana (copy the depths with stage, sac depth to legend rule, sac stage for a token because it has no counters)
Lots of mana + any x damage spell kills people

Look up my Tiny Sasaya deck for a mono-green deck that's similar, but more budget, and more resilient to removal
