Creature Combos:

Ivy Lane Denizen + Herd Baloth/Scurry Oak   (Infinite tokens and ETB, pair with haste or damage pings)
Niv Mizzet (either one) + Tandem Lookout/Curiosity   (as much damage as there are cards in your deck, plus draw that many cards)
Glint-Horn Buccaneer + Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator   (ping the entire table for the number of cards in your deck, plus loot that many cards. Need at least 2 opponents)
Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake/Rapacious Dragon   (infinite ETBs. Peregrine drake can also give infinite mana if there is a double land in play)

Other Creatures:

Haste and pings for damage. Terastodon gets rid of pesky things on the board and is a good target to hit overall. The clone can make up for a combo piece that went to the grave.

Playing Guidelines:

Go big with with multiple +1/+1 counters on your allies or go wide with multiple servo tokens.

If going big, use animation module to fill in mana gaps, but favor casting your Ally creatures. If going wide, plan how you can most effectively proc animation module multiple times by playing fewer spells.

Against aggro focus on lifegain. Protect your ondu cleric(s) at any cost.

Favor going wide against decks with lots of spot removal.

Try to hold ephemerate to protect your creatures. It should, however, be used offensively if you think you don't need to hold it to dodge removal and need to apply pressure.

Ephemerate + Kabira Evangel is a good (well, the also the only) way to protect against boardwipes.

Regarding Adaptive Automaton, remember that you can not only name Ally, you can also name Servo.

Rally the ancestors is your biggest power play. Starting at X=2, you can get great value out of it by bringing back multiple creatures and getting multiple triggers at the same time. If you can bring back something like 5~6 creatures, you can do many fun things, like putting that many +1/+1 counters on each creature in your previously established board , as many servo tokens as you can pay mana for and get some unfair lifegain if you can bring back a few of your ondu clerics.

And last but not least, remember that your ondu clerics proc separately for each time an ally enters the battlefield, even if they enter at the same time. So if, for example, you cast Rally the ancestors with an empty board, bringing 5 allies including two copies of ondu clerics will net you 50 life, because each ondu cleric will proc 5 times and gain you 5 life on each proc. Against some aggro decks, this much lifegain can be a win condition in and of itself!
