I'm not sure about this build yet, but I like the idea of using counter spells and removal to put cards in their graveyard, then use the demon to steal them.

FYI The Bygone Bishop effect won't interact with the Panharmonicon because it's "cast" not "enters". This looks like a ton of fun!
