I play a similar deck but helmed by The Reality Chip with a little more reliance in token makers to enable proteus staff.
The finisher is the Top/Helm/Futuresight combo after stacking the deck (The chip being an alternate Futuresight).

How do you win after ordering with the staff?

I'm with CardAgain the whole point is the resilience of artifacts, it would work better without the reservoir and sideboarding 2xfling to catch the opponent

The objective is to nest before the constrictor hence creatures can put counters on tokens therefore you multiply the tokens...
I tested a mild version at MTGO
Have to test deeper
