I'm really curious about the mana base you'll prepare, it seems like blue isn't very represented and it almost seems like a 4 color deck because of that.

Epicure of Blood is a life gain pay off I've had my eye on for awhile, and some people might read it as a bad sanguine bond on a creature, but the fact that its ability doesn't target and affects each opponent can be more useful if you're getting lots of little lifegain triggers rather than on big one. Plus Kenrith can return it.

On widespread brutality, your changelings are armies and it's a one sided board wipe-ish for 4 mana most of the time, so considerably better than a pyroclasm, which is a lot better ceiling than its floor. Also murmuring bosk just seems like freebie for you.

A card I think you should really consider is Phyrexian Processor. Paying life once to keep making really big tokens that'll have vigilance and lifelink is a great alternate way to win the game. Also the card is under $2.00 right now.

You don't have enough lands for you to reliably hit Varina on turn 4 even with the rocks you run. And It seems like your mana fixing hurts a bit as well.

I think you should lean a lot more into black's strength of paying life and draw cards, and overall your card draw seems painfully lacking, I only see 3 cards that actively draw you more and feel like you'll stall out if you don't add more. Ambition's Cost, Sign in Blood and Night's Whisper aren't cool, but they do a lot of work. And alway run Necropotence if you can afford it.
