Thaumatic Compass goes well with Forerunner of the Legion because it allows lands to get to your hand while you topdeck creatures. Cobbled Wings work great on Bishop of Rebirth and Bishop of Binding. Get Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle out with Forerunner of the legion and simultaneously bring back a vampire from your graveyard by attacking with Bishop of Rebirth and you've got plus 2/2 for a vampire of your choice; it's 4/4, 6/6 and 8/8 if you have two, three or four Forerunner of the Legion out (if you play one or two vampire cards from your hand that same turn, it's obviously even better). Fly over Gleaming Barrier with Cobbled Wings to proc Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle or to transform Legion's Landing more easily. This deck is a control deck and wants to chip away at your opponents with flyers while it exiles creatures and other permanents with Ixalan's Binding and Bishop of Binding. The Spires of Orazca also help prevent damage and if you're attacking with flyers mainly, it makes no difference if you untap your opponents attacking creatures (which don't have reach or flying) because they aren't able to block you anyway. Four Arch of Orazca helps with card draw and being mono-white with several colorless artifacts, you'll rarely run into mana type issues. Get The Immortal Sun out for the win.
