I tested the deck on Cockatrice, and you’re totally right. I always drew at least 2, so I’ll reduce them to 2.
I’m not saying that Scrabbling Claws are bad or anything, like in other formats, but I don’t really see a use for them  in Standard, so I won’t be putting them in.
Azor’s Gateway is a card I’ve never used. Literally. But I’ll definitely try it out, like 2 of them maybe?Trading for 2 Scions of Urza.
Jhoira’s Familiar? Never even heard of it until now. Totally putting her in, trading for 2 Sais.
I also tried Helm of the Host, but in this particular deck isn’t the fit. Used it only a few times and by that time I already had the 5 artifacts, so no, not this time, my friend.
Thanks for the tips and I’ll do my best all the time!

First, I’d like to thank you very much for your interest in my decks, since (if I don’t mention it in the desc.) I try to create new combos/decks/synergies myself.
The “price problem” you mentioned here is because of Tezz being a Buy-A-Box. I’m so sad that I can’t afford him, because my fav colors are U and B and I love artifacts.
You can play the deck for free in MTGA, or on a non-official platform (I play for example on Cockatrice).
So, thank you so much again, and I hope you’ll also try to come up with your own creations! Anytime, drop a comment to my deck about what card/combo/synergy you’d like me to build around and I’ll try to do my best to make it worth, while of course leaving a credit for you!
Now, please, let me finish my new Rainbow Mizzet ;-)

Hello, it would probably be very rude if I wouldn’t introduce myself when you did. My name is Dominik, I am from a little country Slovakia, in middle Europe, so I am sorry for my bad English (and also little knowledge about MTG, because we don’t even have a single WPN store in our whole country). Your deduction is amazing! I really don’t know what to say! Thank you for sharing these thoughts with me. Hope we might stay in touch and maybe even help each other with “Things Magic”. Also, do you play MTGA? I do, so maybe we could play together! I’m only Diamond 4, but I’m “Free to Play” so I might stand a chance against you. Do you wish to play? I’d be glad if you did.
Ps: Where are you from? Just for fun, and ‘cause I’d love to know a “person from lands far away”.

First of all, I am very sorry I didn’t explain the sideboard plan. That was because I do not play Tempo myself. But what I can tell you is for some matchups is:
Midrange
In: +1 Essence Capture, +1 Disdainful Stroke, +3 Surge Mare
Out: -2 Opt, -1 Spell Pierce, -2 Merfolk Trickster
Control
In: +3 Surge Mare, +1 Disdainful Stroke, +3 Negate
Out: -3 Spell Pierce (basically useless against control decks), -4 Opt
Izzet Drakes/Phoenix
In: +1 Essence Capture, +2 Deep Freeze
Out: Again it’s -1 Spell Pierce, -2 Opt
Boros Angels
In: +1 Essence Capture, +1 Disdainful Stroke
Out: AGAIN -1 Spell Pierce, -1 Opt
Aggro/RDW
In: +1 Essence Capture, +3 Surge Mare
Out: -2 Spell Pierce, -3 Opt
Hope I helped just a little bit. Sorry but I don’t understand Jace, Entrancing Melody and an Island in the sideboard.
Anyway, Thank you for reading!

I’m not sure I understand your question. Do you mean “What do I want in and what out for each matchup?” or are you a MTGA player and don’t know what Sideboarding is at all?

If it’s the first one, that’s a kind of difficult question, but a Very good one, since I didn’t include it in the description (sorry for that). The only answer here is “that depends”. I mean, on your opponent’s deck archetype, card types included in it, their average mana cost as well as color identity of their deck.

If it’s the second question, well, you should first know that Tabletop (or “paper”) Magic matches are traditionally BestOfThree (BO3). That means that after the first game, there is another one, and if the second one ends up in tie (you win then your opponent wins and vice versa), you play a deciding third game. Between these games, you and your opponent can change cards from your deck with cards in your Sideboard, which can include up to 15 cards. You can use this to adapt to your opponent’s strategy, and tactically overcome them. More on You can learn the basics of Sideboarding also here: https://youtu.be/OhZDtdCzPxw

That’ll be all. Thank you very much for reading and have a nice day!!

Okay, so... the only actual way to win this is with karnstructs, which are only useful when there is a Treasure map on the table? Until then, nobody wins? Well, this sucks... I mean, you can win, but it is so unethical and so cruel... I’d be really frustrated if I’d try to beat this. Thanks for info!

Sorry, I’m pretty bad at these nicknames... could you please explain “silver bullet”? Did you mean removal spells?

Fixed it. It’s Rakdos Fire, obviously because of the instant damage spells and abilities. This is a version made only out of the new RNA cards, so of you want to combine them with the previous sets (and sure you do) I suggest to have a look at my “Black-Red Judith” deck
