Removed most 3-mana, mana rocks to streamline early game mana usage. Added game winning planeswalkers: Ugin + Sorin M. Tuned the manabase to be more self sufficient. Added stronger enchantment / artifacts / sorceries.

New month, new list. Starting to trend more equipment heavy. Taking out colorless mana sources in favor of colored sources. Removed creature heavy top-end to streamline efficiency. Added more lands for consistency in the mulligan phase. Removed 'infinite hand size' effects for color streamlining.

My initial thought is that the added draw / hand combing is too heavy, more testing required.

Months have gone by and 20+ cards have been reslotted.

I did away with a lot of the top end "don't lose the game / stall / stax" pieces. They weren't fun at my table and I got a lot of targeted hate for them. Those cards have been replaced with draw, tutors, and inexpensive ramp. Due to graveyard recursion being a common deck enabler, I gave up on most recursion (except effects stapled to lands) because of graveyard hate.

The gameplan of the deck has remained mostly intact: draw, play artifact ramp, combo out w/ Thassa's Oracle / Jace, WoM. Counterspell / stifle effects are meant the control elements meant to not lose the game / secure the win (which can happen as early as turn 3 on a golden draw).

Because of how many tutors are in the deck, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal was added to the deck. I can consistently fetch them and, when paired with a commander that has Stroke of Genius attached to him, is GG.

Essentially, this is Big Mana Blue that runs more early game disruption and harder 'win the game' cards when having access to 7+ mana.

Added:
Land Tax - Seems like an auto include in a deck that wants to draw into gas as the game goes on.
Sword of Feast and Famine - Pro Black is very nice. Discard is almost guaranteed. Untapping all lands is priceless. It was only a matter of time before I added this.
Sigarda's Aid - Cheating mana is broken. There are very few Turn 1 plays so being able to drop this to cheat a few costs every now and then seemed good. This is a flex slot.
Mask of Memory - Draws cards on each swing. Double strike = see 4, discard 2. Ultimately, +2 Card Advantage on DS. Also, I'm going more equipment heavy w/ Sigarda's Aid.

Side Board(ed):
Mana Tithe - Although clutch in specific circumstances, it's not consistent. It's a cute pet card but was filling up my hand due to, 1) a lack of white mana, and 2) open mana from my opponents.
Bandage: Replaced by [Mask of Memory]. Draw for draw, just in different form. White mana is the bane of this deck, running as little as possible. The less mana, the better. I could sub this swap with [Niveous Wisps].
Fire Diamond: I tend to flood red mana. Also, forty cards are dedicated to mana / ramp (at this point) so cutting one isn't a big deal.

+ Duelist's Heritage to stop having to pay mana to give Feather DS, Pays for itself on 2nd swing.
+ Marble Diamond to give another source of white mana and ramp
+ Sunbaked Canyon to give more flexible color options at cost of 1 life
+ Steelshaper's Gift to replace Open the Armory, streamlining efficiency
+ Temur Battle Rage to give another source of DS + Trample

-Mistveil Plains because taplands are too slow and combo'ing w/ Sunforger is niche
-Fell the Mighty because it's 5 mana and too slow, Chandra's Ignition is better imo
-Soul's Fire because too slow and 3 mana is expensive
-Expedition Map because '3 mana, put a land into hand" is too slow
