Maybe if you can find a place for summary dismissal? Wouldnt that stop the ability of the scions to produce mana? Im new to control.. So i may be wrong

I do not think you can respond to the sacrifice mechanic of Eldrazi Scions.  It is a mana ability that does not target.  A targetted mana ability like Deathrite Shaman can be responded to because it targets something.  Eldrazi Scions have no target and just produce mana similar to a land.

Citazione da: Comp Rules
605.3b An activated mana ability doesn’t go on the stack, so it can’t be targeted, countered, or
otherwise responded to. Rather, it resolves immediately after it is activated. (See rule 405.6c.)

405.6. Some things that happen during the game don’t use the stack.

405.6c Mana abilities resolve immediately. If a mana ability both produces mana and has another
effect, the mana is produced and the other effect happens immediately. If a player had priority
before a mana ability was activated, that player gets priority after it resolves. (See rule 605,
“Mana Abilities.”)

Good to know! Thanks!

Apply your strategy a little bit more to the deck. Having one vessel of paramnesia for example. Ask yourself; Is that helping get zombies out of the graveyard? Is this going to remove an opposing creature before they can attack?
Theres a card sinister concotion that id play in place of that vessel. Then think, how many of this card should i run? [Up to 4copies] say youre holding a from under the floorboards, and you pop your sinister concoction.now youve removed their deffense, played from under for its madness cost, possibly put a nice zombie into the graveyard to bring back later, and have x zombies in play AND losing the 1 life is now gain 1 less life.

I feel your pain! I make my collection from 95% booster packs, then i buy singles here and there. I think your budget deck looks solid. Maybe think about running more 4-of cards to help you get a more consistent draw, and make consistent plays. Also keep in mind your mana curve. For creatures, other spells, and the deck as a whole. You dont want to be stuck turn 3 and 4 with nothing but high cost spells while your opponent has free reign to attack you.

Sweet deck! I love zombies so much. I noticed youve got some discard abilities. Did you think of running madness? From Under the Floorboards is a sweet blk sorc spell to flood the field with tokens.. Also Noosegraf mob and Diregraff Colossus might be good additions. If you run a couple more Cryptbreakers you can madness on demand :p also check out Relentless Dead! Hes a must in my opinion!  :D

No problem, it's also even my way to add a deck.
The "Oran-Rief Hydra" seems for me a bit random. And I would play some manadorks or "Splendid Reclamation" to push out Emrakul a bit earlier. But keep it up, it seems to become a good deck. Do you want to play it on Standard Events?

Thanks again for feedback. I plan to try it out in my area anf hopefully enter an event or two. Tbe Hydra was an added trample, was considering another deathcap

I would exchange "Dusk Feaster" and "Hound of the Farbogs" with "Mindwrack Demon"

I've also made an similar Deck http://deckstats.net/decks/17001/550865-ruthless-purpose-gb-delirium/de

Thanks for the suggestion. I plan to purchase a couple copies of that card. I should have added that this deck consists cards ive collected from booster packs.
