I don't think you can make an EDH deck just with those 2 sets, but what you can do and it is the better option is to build just the core of your deck with those 2 sets and build the rest with cards from any set, what I mean is: don't restrict yourself to just those 2 sets for the card draw, mana ramp, target and mass removal. Once you have about 10 mana ramp, 10 card draw, 5 targeted removal and 5 mass removal, you only need around 30 cards for your deck.

Hi, I have a Razaketh, the Foulblooded deck and one of the cards I want to add is Mindslicer, but I would like to know what resolves first when I sacrifice Mindslicer, do I tutor first and then discard or the other way round?

Breya EDH. NEED HELP!

I built a Breya deck out of the commander pre con deck and cards I had at home, I also bought some cards, but not many, like $10 worth of cards, but I find it a little inconsistent and slow, what would you suggest adding or cutting to the deck without breaking my bank account?

The other day I was playing a casual EDH match and realized I had a combo I've never thought about, Pili-Pala + Grand Architect + Breya, Etherium Shaper, but I didn't have a sac outlet to cast Breya an infinite amount of times, creating infinite thopters, so I thought I could use Breya's ability to sac herself and a thopter, and do that over and over again, having infinite mana and infinite thopters while doing infinite damage, but a friend pointed out I couldn't because when I sacrificed Breya to herself and recasted her, she would have summoning sickness. I think she is right but could you tell me what is the rule for this situation?

Moto I don't want to be activating Breya s abilities unless I really need them, this is a combo deck, I want to be as low profile as I can until I can combo off, the only fabricate card I like is marionette master because it can give me sac fodder, blockers or be a disciple of the vault on steroids

@Mr. Arrey Potter this is not a deck list but the cards from where I have to choose to make the deck, I already chose the cards I like for the deck, but got to decide which ones are the ones that are going to stay in the deck, I have 105 cards in this list and still have to add 9-11 basic lands that means I have to take 14-16 cards out of the deck, and if someone suggest a not so expensive card I may add it to the list of possible cards.

Damn, I didn't know, I don't keep up with the meta. I think there is no replacement for her as a commander other than a 5 color commander and rebuild the deck or keep the deck how it is and never play the commander... or Child of Alara to sacrifice it and remove everything if I need it

Breya EDH. Need Help!

I'm new building commander decks, I've played commander a lot but all of my decks have been builds I found online with little tweaks to make them more of my playstyle. This is my first time building a commander of my own, and it's a 4 color one, my other commander decks are Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Krenko, Mob Boss and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, those decks are very simple to play, get a lot of elves, make them huge and smash faces, make a lot of goblins and sacrifice them, get huge value creatures and sacrifice them to kill every one, but Breya is totally different a deck full of interactions and combos that I've been wanting to build for a pretty long time.

I have to cut around 16 cards out of this list, the rest of the deck will be basic lands.

I'm building mostly with cards I got out of the 2016 pre con and cards I already have, but I'm willing to spend a little more, but not in fetch lands and shock lands.

Other cards I own that almost made it into the list are Deadeye Navigator, Felidar Guardian, Cathartic Reunion, Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice and Refurbish

Try to get 4 of or 3 of the cards you really want to play and focus on a single strategy, in this case counters, you already have some good cards for the deck, just have to cut the not so efficient cards of the deck and get play sets of the better cards. Here is an example of a similar deck I build a week or so ago, I like to play on a budget so there are some cards that can be upgraded, but it's to give you an idea https://deckstats.net/decks/10955/704914-budget-g-b-counters/es
This deck is focused on proliferating counters, +1/+1 counters and energy counters that I can use to get even more +1/+1 counters or card advantage
