I did not really understand at first look, but after reading the description I did. You bring out the indestructible artifacts and put the phylactery counters on them in order to keep phylactery lich alive forever. Then, that boosts the power of Darksteel Juggernaut permanently. This is an incredible deck!

I definitely like the populate/life gain style you have going on. I see a flying weakness, but that can be countered by consistently attacking with the powerful creatures in the deck. And then, with the populate effect, you can keep gaining more and more creatures, further walling you off from damage. So, in my opinion, great deck. Good job!
