You could potentially drop 2 Brushland and replace them with a 4th Daybreak Coronet and a Dryad Arbor. Then replace the  Flooded Strand with any green fetchlands. That way you can fetch the Dryad Arbor anytime you need another creature to suit up or need an emergency blocker/sacrifice target.

You may want to add 4 more red fetches to add fuel to your graveyard for Grim Lavamancer. It also thins out your deck a little more.

If you bring in blood moon vs burn you're doing something wrong. 3 color burn only runs mountains for it's basics. This deck has far fewer targets for Blood Moon.

Check out the modern archetype "Skred" It's a similar deck. Boros charm would be a good addition so your Reckoners can survive multiple hits.

Look into mutagenic growth and apostle's blessing. They make it easier to get a huge Kiln Fiend. I've seen this at Modern FNM before and it's a very nasty deck.

I play against DT very often and you're missing one of the meanest parts of the deck: The Leonin Arbiter with Ghost Quarter and Tectonic Edge.  Land destruction really slows your opponents down.

While I'm not too familiar with Standard as a format you could probably take out the Fabled Heroes and up your Feat of Resistance to 4. That would allow you to add the counters to slightly more useful cards.

Wight of Precinct Six is decent in the first 3 turns or so as long as you can fire off a cheap mill card.
