Definitely why it's in there. The whole deck is basically crafted to play off the Hippocamp and the Naiad of Hidden Coves.

As to why Raff is hanging out with these folks... well, Narset's there too. She's good people.

This also falls under 'My Favorite Losses', but it was so beautiful I can't be mad about it. 4 Player game where my killer was playing Brudiclad, I was running my lifegain Tymna||Ravos deck. Opponent has Inventors fair and a bunch of clue tokens, but I'm sitting at 50 life with an Aetherflux on board. He keeps looking my way, and I warn him not to tempt fate with a charged-up aetherflux. As soon as I pulled the trigger: He pays the 4 and sacs Inventor's Fair, tutors out Tamiyo's journal, then sacs all the clues to tutor out a disallow, and disallows my aetherflux trigger. I payed all my life for nothing, lol.

As per your card draw spells, you might consider fascination. Could be real powerful in the end game when you don't care about other players drawing cards

I want to say it's my Muldrotha, but I reckon win-percentage-wise it's Daretti. I'm always talking about turning one deck into my winner, but it never seems to materialize. I think I'm just misplaying.

Hi Nils, I think I'm having on eof those weird deckbuilder problems you mention in above post. Working on my Muldrotha EDH deck, going through sample hands, suddenly the commander starts showing up in my hands. It doesn't seem to recognize her as a commander anymore, and when I click the flag it won't save the change.

Appreciate it Naivara! I've been having trouble with this deck, just can't seem to find a closer. I was thinking about maybe switching the commander and putting Kurkesh in the driver's seat instead. I like Daretti, but I just can't keep him alive long enough to make much headway. Thoughts?
