Nope.  You need to sacrifice three creatures to flashback Dread Return and win.  Ideally, you just sacrifice your three Narcomoeba, but sometimes you have one stuck in your hand, and usually you want to Cabal Therapy before you finish going off anyways.  The two Bridge from Below allow you to turn two narcomoeba into enough creatures to Dread Return by saccing one to flash back a Therapy.  Also, a 3/2 split of Narcomoeba and Bridge from Below instead of 4/1 means that if you're going to have one of them stuck in your hand, there's a better chance for it to be a bridge, which is better under a Chrome Mox in a pinch.
