4C Value Wish

Just a grindy catch all BG based wish deck!

My biggest doubt is regarding having path to exile over terminate, we slightly ramp in this deck and letting the opponent catch up with PTE seems a lot worse than just terminate, on the other hand the latter could possibly be a stretch for the manabase.
Let me know what you think and if i missed any interesting cards or questions/suggestions on card choices!
