I'm thinking of lowering the lands to 34-36 and adding a cheap rock or two, and adding cards like:
Bear Umbra
Aggravated Assault
Godo, Bandit Warlord
Mystic Remora
Treasonous Ogre

In addition, considering you have Cabal Coffers, wouldn't be a terrible idea to add Army of the Damned,  also for your commander Training Grounds would be a good enhancer.
