Just for your information - blazing volley and electrickery will not trigger willbreaker's ability, because they do not target each creature. And wasting ovinize and turn to from just to gain control of it isnt very effective.

No, it wouldnt.
Also, you should pay attention that there is a state-based effect that removes X +1/+1 and X -1/-1 counters from a creature, where X is minimum between number of those counters on it.
Which means, moving +1/+1 counter on kitchen finks with -1/-1 counter on them would eliminate both of those counters.

Chances of getting torpor orb in the opening hand are waaay too elusive. And without the orb, this deck can't do shit (lightning + doomblades are not enough).
Btw, why do you need grief tyrant there? Having an orb won't stop it from having -1/-1 counters when he enters play.

Its easier to cascade more, yet you already lost a card only to get a lotus, and don't have any cascades in hand. those lotuses actually are just ruining it, dropping it into legacy from modern, too.
