A no ser que se mencione en la habilidad, todas las habilidades activas son velocidad de instantaneo, es decir, la puedes activar "cuando quieras", incluso en el turno del rival.

PD: pongo entre comillas lo de "cuando quieras", ya que hay fases en las cuales no puedes jugar instantaneos, como la fase de robar, si quieres saberlo mejor buscar información sobre la prioridad en magic.
