That would be are a really great idea.  Unfortunately, my card supply lacks any meaningful Ninjitsu.  I'm limited to just what came with C18.  Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, Silent-Blade Oni, and Ninja of the Deep Hours.  I'll slot them into my maybe board just in case.

I just built this out of cards on hand, no playtesting has been done yet, but by initial objective is to evade blockers , get  bigger, and then steamroll damage onward to victory.  My favorite trick is complicated, but fun. Cipher Stolen Identity onto Ukkima, Stalking Shadow and then before it triggers, pump up the +1/+1 counters with Zameck Guildmage.  Ukkima enters with a bunch of +1/+1's sees his Legendary progenitor and then Poof!

Initial concept is to make a low-to-the-ground punchy blitzkrieg Boros.  Living weapons and For Mirrodin! help get things rolling.  Keeping the party going with Assemble the Legion and Darien, King of Kjeldor.  I'm thinking extra combat tricks to get Jor Kadeen bigger and punchier.  I'm really hoping to find some pieces that will tie this all together and make it a bit more 'complicated' to deal with.  I was hoping that leaning into the Metalcraft keyword would bring more than it did, but Boros is never the best choice for versatility.

Nowhere near complete.  Early concept is wanting get the most X for my commander with the least amount of resources.  As well as disrupt any possibility of control in the process.

I'm with you on the Godzilla style re-skins, but from what I've read it sounds like they intend it to be more like TWD cards.  Which, unsurprisingly is not attractive at all.  Unfortunately, at the end of the day Hasbro is a company, and companies need revenue.  When a company finds a previously untapped revenue stream, IT MUST be drained. That is what's being done here. They had HUGE success with TWD and so its time to go all in and get every available cent from every major fanbase that they can get licensing for.  Thus far, the announcements have been at least somewhat fantasy related, but I can easily see them making the jump to a "Shadowrun" genre, and from there... Jedi (I doubt Disney would license, but you never know.  Probably end up buying out Hasbro.)
