Mairsil's Playground

Tutor everything. I run several tutors like Parallel Thoughts, Beseech the Queen, and Demonic Collusion. In doing so I can get everything I need when I need it. The staple wizards in my deck are Mairsil, Azami, Patron Wizard, Lighthouse Chronologist, and Elite Arcanist and I'll tell you why here in a moment. Quicksilver Amulet and Omniscience allow me to play my Eldrazi Titans, Ulamog the Ceaseless Hunger, and Emrakul the Promised End. As well as allowing me to play my other expensive spells for close to and nothing. As far as my wizards go With Mairsil I can use him along with cards like Nevinyrral's Disk, and Soul of New Phyrexia. Patron Wizard obviously let's me counter stuff for the cost of one tapped wizard. Elite Arcanist is paired with Brutal Expulsion and some draw engines, pairing it with Brutal Expulsion allows me to send Parallel Thoughts back to my hand so I can keep recasting it to build up an in - game side deck (for those pesky Millers). All in all the deck is designed to control the board from a very early state, it ramps up quick and keeps the steam going all match.
