Gifting a deck to my SO - Titania, Protector of Argoth

I'm going to gift this deck to my SO. It's helmed by Titania, Protector of Argoth and its gameplan is to play lots of lands, ramp like crazy, play Titania, protect her, draw cards with Soul's Majesty et al. and start sac'ing lands to make big 5/3 elementals and finally Overrun (ok it doesn't have Overrun but you get the point) all my opponents. The deck doesn't have tutors because I'm trying to keep things simple for her (she's still a novice) but I would prefer the deck could still hold its own and do stuff. There are a few cards that care about lands but aren't connected to Titania in case she gets super removed. Just so that the deck doesn't flop if it doesn't have access to its commander.

I would greatly appreciate any input. I'm trying to keep this deck as cheap as possible (preferably under 200€ - currently sitting at 188€) so please don't suggest cards that would break my budget completely. I know Crucible of Worlds would be good but it's a bit on the expensive side of things. Something like a maximum of 10€ per card is a good rule of thumb.
