     If you add retreat to emeria and vampiric rites you can get kor ally tokens just by playing lands. With those you can sac them for health and draw cards. Just an idea you might want to try out.

If you play creatures such as cliffhaven vampire, drana's emissary, retreat to hagra, kalastria healer, zulaport cutthroat and all the other White, Black or W/B allies that revolve around life loss would be your best bet. You basically gain life and push towards your goal by performing simple triggers.
