[Modern] U/W Control Budget

Hello guys!!

I built a budget UW control deck (<100) but I don´t really know if there is something bad inside the deck. I know my mana base is a bit bad and it´s the first thing I need to upgrade but I can´t afford that at the moment.

this looks pretty good for a budget deck. The only issue I see, is that you are lacking a card advantage engine that can just win you the late game. The best and cheapest option I can think of is search for azcanta. If you could get anything for the deck, I would recommend getting a 2. More supreme verdict and path to exile would be really good to. Oust is really well positioned right now, and it might be correct to play a 2-2 split between path and oust. Oust is also much cheaper than path.
