seems like it needs 23 lands and 1 copy of crux of fate. game 1 feels like you can get a little behind. Wouldn't hurt to have 1 sweeper in the deck in case you do.

Ignoring delve, the curve stops at five with Liliana.  Having her out on turn five is really quite good and cutting lands makes that feel pretty dodgy.  Have you run the deck with a crux mainboard?  Did it feel like it came in handy on game one?  I have two copies of crux in my most recent sideboard and figured it best to keep an occasionally dead card out of the main.

1/1 death touches are nice.
Also Disowned ancestors  0/4 is nice against aggro for 1 black
run Nykthos for extra mana boost
Id run Tasigur use fetches with a few blue mana to use his ability to reclaim dark deals this will also let you side in control cards like Stubborn Denial

The dt creatures, Disowned and denial are side board. Also recommend  blights over sorrow and enchantment so you don't kill your zombie tokens from waste not
