9 to 10 cards to many, need 3 more land.

Why no Chief Engineer? Chief Engineer + Thopters = stronger Hangarback Walker.

Additionally, Thopter Spy Network + Ange's Tomb = flying 3/3 artifact every turn.

You are under utilizing Willbreaker: you have 7 effects that can dependably touch an opponents creature (Whirler Rogue, Pia and Kiran Nalaar). Everything else is likely to big.

Consider Thassa, God of the Sea over Rogue's Passage. You'll have devotion, the scry effect will clean up your draws, and a 5/5 is fun.

Separately, the joy of Impact Tremors + (Shrapnel + Hangarback Walker)

Scuttling Doom Engine works incredibly well with Shrapnel Blast (11 damage) plus he can swing with haste if you have a thopter engineer.

And Ensoul Artifact is huge on thopters.
