It surely needs dual lands, and maybe 23 lands instead of 24, but i don't know for sure.
You can remove
tangle angler and equipments and put some good green card (giant growth-style instants, qal-sama winds,
overwhelming stampede) and some black monster destroy with proliferate (
grim affliction looks good).
