Nice deck. If I may offer some advice, however, putting Ultimate Price into a sideboard might be a good idea, as there aren't a lot of monocolored decks when compared with the shards decks, guild decks, or just multicolored decks. Also, if you're running pack rat, putting some draw spells in to sustain it might be a good idea. Maybe you could use the space from sideboarding Ultimate Price?

It's a deck that one a big tournament last weekend, minus the sideboard.  I just put it in here to print the proxies.
