well, my english is not good, so I will tell you what (in my opinion) you have to delete and add in your deck:
Creatures:
- 1
Young Pyromancer
- 1
Prescient Chimera
- 1
Nivix Guildmage
+ 1 Spellhearth Chimera
+ 1
Izzet Staticaster
(maybe put them in the side)
+ 4
Wee Dragonauts
+ 4
Goblin Electromancer
in that case, you will have 17/20 creatures....now we can analyze spells, in case you have 17 creatures:
- 1
Steam Augury
(27)
- 4
Mizzium Skin
(23)
- 2
Blustersquall
(21)
- 2
Armed // Dangerous
(19)
+ 2
Aqueous Form
(21)
+ 2
Teleportal
(23)
for the lands, I think they're very good....tell me if you agree with my changes!

His deck is standard,
Wee Dragonauts
is not.
I'd take out the
Nivix Guildmage
&
Prescient Chimera
to put in 2
Guttersnipe
if you're going to be casting that many instants & sorcery's.
Even if you don't do the
Guttersnipe
, the 1 of creatures you can take out to put in more of the other creatures to get this to run more consistently.
