Seems cool for a fair looking Jhoira build. Just a few things that stood out to me:

1: Blazing Shoal, Maybe catch someone off guard and get in that extra 8 dmg you need? Seems kinda cute for a two card investment honestly and usually not useful.
2: Archive Trap, Similar to above I don't see a mill theme or sub-theme here so the card seems out of place.
3: Undying Flames, Eternal Dominion can be fun and powerful late game but I do not perceive a circumstance where you would want to cast this much less win from it without already being so far ahead for it not to matter.
4: Creatures, I recommend adding in some more fatties (Dragons and Eldrazi are popular) that you can suspend and then beat face with in all your extra turns.
5: *High Five* For playing Teferi's Isle, I knew I wasnt the only one who thinks phasing is sweet. For lolz try shimmer out and wait for someone to drop Urborg

Yeah, Archive Trap probably won't be enough to mill someone out, even if you're able to copy it 2 or 3 times (39 or 52 cards).

If you copy Undying Flames or Eternal Dominion when you first cast them, you get that many Epic triggers each upkeep. With Undying Flames you could get unlucky and only deal a few damage, though.

The deck definitely needs some more creatures, I agree.
