Arquitect's Will can be another option for you Spreading Seas, it's a merfolk, so it triggers reejerey's ability

Aquitect's Will  is not land denial, I spend U only to draw a card, i prefer relic of progenitus.
2x WU ---> 2x Darkslick Shores
actually there should be: 2x cavern 4x Darkslick Shores, minamo, oboro, 4x mutavault and 8x basic  :)
