A threat, but only if the deck doesn't find Countryside Crusher in the opening hand. Countryside Crusher gets in under almost all cards with that effect going first, though Infinite Obliteration and Stain the Mind have a window if this deck goes second.

As a side board option, following the deck with a wealth of mountains:
Molten Vortex, Magmatic Insight, Dictate of the Twin Gods, Aggressive Mining

..if the deck doesn't find countryside crusher in opening hand OR if crusher is destroyed, countered, removed. That's the problem with this kind of decks, in first look are so amazing, then you realize that they're weak to almost everything. And even if you want to add other cards to help the combo, lands are low and the combo doesn't exist anymore. Magic is such a jerk
