  They combo well with each other (but that was probably obvious due to the names).

but they do a great complete to Doubtless One, Battletide Alchemist, Sanguine Bond ....

  And the list goes on and on for White/Black decks. It's good for synergies with life gain and control elements as well. You should look into that.

I dont know about more control, i was thinking about acceleration, but relutant to put some Edgewalker.
what about that ?!

  It would be good because it would make a lot of your creatures cheaper to cast, which means that you can use that extra mana for other spells. For example; if you have edge walker on the field then he'll reduce pious evangel from 3 mana to 2 mana. This would eave you with more open mana to play cards such as accursed witch or even ashmouth blade. It's flip side is also something worth having.

first test with Edgewalker, totally nice. i dont find cult leader yet.
